WTDR DANCE COMPANY
We are thrilled to welcome the WTDR Dance Company as our featured opening act. This Lubbock-based nonprofit empowers youth through dance, discipline, and service, offering training in styles ranging from ballet to hip-hop.
Nationally recognized with top honors from the American Dance/Drill Team Association, WTDR is more than a performance group—they are a force for positive youth development in our community.
Tonight, they bring their signature passion and precision to help us kick off a powerful evening of celebration and scholarship.

Named in honor of longtime leader and first president of the 100 Black Men of West Texas, Michael Ward, this prestigious award recognizes a member who embodies the highest standards of service, leadership, and commitment to our mission.
