The mission of the 100 Black Men Of West Texas, Inc. is to improve the quality of life for all residents of Lubbock, Texas and West Texas with emphasis on empowering African-Americans.

Our motto, “What They See Is What They’ll Be,” very succinctly expresses how our programmatic services rendered to disadvantaged, disenfranchised and low-income youth and families positively change their life trajectory.

We strive to make our community in Lubbock a better place for everyone. We support inclusive education on multiple levels. Whether it be K-12, Higher Education, community organization, civics, or arts, we strive to make our community and the world a better place.
